We currently install approx. 2,500 windows per week utilizing the method that exceeds the requirements set forth by AAMA*. Our window installation department is qualified in new construction windows, replacement windows, French doors, sliding glass doors, solariums, bay windows, garden windows and custom wood windows. San Diego Mirror & Window has an AAMA certified trainer on staff. This trainer supervises our installation crews and teaches the course that prepares the installers for the AAMA INSTALLATION MASTERS TEST. SDMW is setting the standard in window installation. We are constantly reviewing the quality of our work and educating our installers on the safest, highest quality and most efficient methods for window installation. All of lead window installers will be INSTALLATION MASTERS. SDMW also maintains a full service/hackout department. We manufacture our own Insulated Glass (Dual Pane) units for quick turn around on broken windows. We also stock parts and hardware for all of the windows we install. THE WINDOWS YOU PURCHASE ARE AAMA CERTIFIED, SHOULDN’T YOUR INSTALLATION BE AAMA CERTIFIED TOO? *Method B – We apply two beads of Polyurethane caulking – One under the nailing fin and one on the surface of the nailing fin to the flashing paper.
