Replacement Windows

 

Brick (or homes with old wood windows)
The old window is removed leaving a wood block frame.
The new window is installed into the opening, is secured and is sealed water tight.
New exterior and / or interior trim is installed.

Stucco
The old window glass is removed and the center bar is cut out.
The new window is screwed in place and the exterior frame is sealed weather-tight. The new frame will cover the old frame.
New interior trim is installed that covers the gap between the opening and the new frame.

Siding
The old window will be removed by removing the exterior trim or cutting approximately 3 inches of the siding around the window and taking out the nails that hold it in place.
The new window is installed and secured into the opening. The window exterior will be sealed and a new exterior trim will be installed.
Interior trim pieces will be installed around the window for nice finish.
